HR Advisor, Leading Mid-Market Private Equity Fund, London, UK
About our client
Our client, a mid-market private equity fund that invests across multiple jurisdictions, is currently looking to hire a HR Advisor to join their London based team. To date, the fund has been very successful and has recently been through a growth phase from a people perspective, where they are really investing into the specialist functions. They are now heading towards an expected asset growth phase and to support the team with this, they are now looking to hire a HR Advisor to work across a generalist remit within the business, working closely with the Head of HR and General Counsel.
What the job involves
- Support and delivery of the annual performance process
- Support on all recruitment activities
- Manage the firm-wide employee engagement survey and development plans
- Support on compensation review, benchmarking and market analysis
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and HRIS
- Manage HR policies and processes across the business
- Support on development of diversity strategy
- Work closely with the wider Finance, compliance and IT teams
Who we are looking for
- Proven experience working within the private equity or investment management industry
- Proven technical HR experience within a generalist role
- Proven project experience, either supporting or leading
- Good communication skills
- Strong financial acumen
